Dyserth 1.5 miles. This superb, detached holiday cottage is beautifully presented by the owners, who live next door, and overlooks a meadow and unspoilt woodland, in rural countryside, one and a half miles between the villages of Trelawnyd and Dyserth, on the North Wales coast. Completely renovated with excellent attention to detail, this cedar clad Dyserth cottage offers an open plan living area overlooking the large patio and meadow, and incorporates a very well-appointed kitchen, cosy dining area and welcoming sitting area, where you can sit and relax in front of the woodburning stove after a busy day exploring the local countryside and coastline. There are two stylish bedrooms with oak flooring at your cottage in Dyserth, with a spacious king-size with a high ceiling, and a cosy twin room accessed up three steps, as well as a shower room with double shower. The property is warmed with the latest infrared and ceramic radiator heating technology and has been stylishly finished with quality fixtures and fittings to provide a luxury Dyserth cottage for family and friends to enjoy. Outside continues to offer style and character with stone walls and a wood shingle roof retaining its original heritage as a lambing shed, along with a large patio and summerhouse to enjoy the views from. Accessed along a half mile country lane leading onto a gravel bridle path, this Dyserth cottage benefits from peace, quiet and country tranquillity, whilst offering easy access to all the amenities available along this popular stretch of coastline. You will be sure to come away with fantastic holiday memories from your stay on the North Wales coast.
The small village of Dyserth is situated close to the North Wales coast, three miles from the seaside town of Prestatyn. The village offers ancient castle ruins, a waterfall with quaint tea rooms next to it, two pubs both serving food and a Parish church. There is easy access to lovely local walks including Offas Dyke Path, Gop Hill, Allt Y Craig and Golden Grove. Within reach is the Snowdonia National Park, the Clwydian Hill Range, Llandudno and the city of Chester.
