Guests say

Guests generally enjoyed the spacious Maestyddyn Farm House, praising its ample amenities such as hot tubs, sauna, and games room. The property's rural setting on a working farm was appreciated for its tranquillity and picturesque views. The host, Eryl, was commended for his friendliness and prompt assistance.

While many guests found the property comfortable, there were several mentions of cleanliness issues, including cobwebs, dead insects, and unclean hot tubs. However, these comments were not universal, suggesting variability in cleaning standards.

The property's location in North Wales & Snowdonia was highly regarded for its seclusion, peacefulness, and proximity to local attractions. Some guests noted the distance to the nearest town and the benefits of being on a working farm.

The comfort of the property was frequently highlighted, with guests appreciating the spacious en-suite bedrooms, underfloor heating, and comfortable beds. The peaceful farm setting also contributed to the overall comfort.

Facilities like hot tubs, sauna, games room, and outdoor areas were well-received. However, there were minor issues with maintenance, such as the need for cleaner bathrooms, wobbly table tennis, and occasional problems with hot tub filters.

While guests mentioned a welcome hamper and a friendly host, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful touches like gifts to accurately assess this category. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that such gestures are a standard offering.

It comfortably accommodated our party of 12 adults and 4 dogs, and provided the ideal setting for us to celebrate our gettogether enjoying the BBQ, hot tubs, and games room whilst also being able to take walks in the forest and the hillsides near by.

Games room, arcade and Hot tubs were a big hit with the children! Host Eryl was fantastic, checking in with us and answering any questions in a timely manner. We also had 2 lovely meals down at the community pub recommended by Eryl, with a great welcome from all involved! Thanks again :)

There was more than enough space for the whole family, plus a couple of friends. Bedrooms were comfy and spacious and the kitchen had everything that we needed for the week. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and very tasty. Outside, we made full use of both spa pools and the sauna. The games room was the venue for some fierce inter family rivalry. All in all, I would highly reccommend this cottage to any large group. Eryl is a lovely host, perfectly balancing being helpful and non intrusive. Thanks again for a wonderful stay
