Large, detached 4-bedroom farmhouse on a working farm in the rural Llyn Peninsula with cosy wood burner and uninterrupted views across surrounding farmland and mountains. Brynhynog Fawr is a wonderful pet-friendly property that was recently renovated to accommodate up 8 people, with an open plan kitchen/dining area, spacious lounge and four thoughtfully styled bedrooms - one with ensuite shower room, as well as family bathroom with free-standing bath. The large lawned garden and patio make a great setting for family games and alfresco dining. Well-situated for a number of attractions, you have National Trust beach of Porthor to the west, the fashionable seaside town of Abersoch to the east and the nearby villages of Sarn Mellteyrn and Aberdaron - home to some lovely pubs and local convenience stores. Slightly further afield are the the sheltered beaches and scenic headlands of Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn where you can tee off at one of the UK's top golf courses before a meal at Porthdinllaen's Ty Coch Inn.

Kitchen and utilities: Spacious and modern kitchen with oven, hob, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dining area for up to 8 people and seating area with sofa and armchair. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, wash basin and chest freezer.
Entertainment: Smart TVs in the lounge, en suite double bedroom and king bedroom. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside: Large lawned area with views across surrounding countryside and mountains. Separate patio area with garden furniture and wooden benches.
General: Central heating and electricity included. First basket load of logs for the log burner included. Bed linen, towels and 2 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.
