Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests found the cottage to be clean and comfortable. However, a few noted the presence of cobwebs and suggested that some areas could benefit from additional attention. Overall, the cleanliness is very good, but there is room for improvement.

The location is consistently lauded for its stunning views and proximity to local attractions in North Wales, including Snowdonia and Anglesey. The peaceful farm setting adds to the charm, making it an ideal retreat for guests seeking both relaxation and adventure.

The spacious bedrooms and living areas, along with the secure garden, contribute to a relaxing stay. Some guests mentioned the beds could be more comfortable, but overall satisfaction with comfort is high.

The cottage is well-equipped, with ample parking and a well-stocked kitchen central to the property. Some guests felt the kitchen showed signs of wear and suggested minor maintenance could enhance the experience. Nonetheless, the facilities generally meet guests' needs effectively.

While these gestures are greatly appreciated and add to the welcoming experience, it should be noted that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed.

We were greeted by Jane and a fabulous selection of cakes on arrival. The cottage was nicely equipped like a home would be. It felt homely with the decoration and the garden at the back by the main bedroom was perfect and secure for the dogs. If you’re lucky and have good weather you can sit at the garden table enjoying a gin and gazing at the Incredible views of Snowdonia. I also loved sheep, chickens and ducks as our neighbours. The location is rural but if you feel inclined, close to plenty of activities. The only slight negatives for me as someone who has back / neck issues is the angel of bed for tv and the mattress being to hard for me a side sleeper (thankfully it was super king so tossing and turning wasn’t to much of an issue), I appreciate everyone has their own personal preferences so the right mattress for me would not be right for someone else. We enjoyed fresh / scented bed linen. I would absolutely recommend Beudy Mawr Cottage!

Lovely baked goodies… Could be better - fix the shower head - none of the pots and pans were clean had to be hand washed. - cob webs every where - squeaky doors, could be oiled or greased. Had problems sleeping with this

We arrived to a table set for tea with an array of home-baked goodies, which was such a lovely touch and really set the scene for the rest of our holiday. The barn is beautifully converted and well stocked, and we really appreciated the enormous bed and comfortable sofas. The upstairs was perfect for our two children, who loved the treat of having their own bathroom (with massive bath) and TV! The views from the back garden are spectacular; the children loved saying hello to the sheep in the morning, and we really appreciated being able to let our dog out knowing the garden was completely secure. The accommodation is an easy drive from attractions including Anglesey, Zip World, Snowdon and Conwy, as well as a big Tesco and great fish and chip shop. We will be recommending Beudy Mawr to family and friends, and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. Thank you Jane!
