We felt the quality and quantity of glasses and crockery could be improved. There wasn't any instructions for Wi Fi, TV, rubbish etc. The promised parking permit was not provided, which meant we had to continually buy parking tickets! We contacted Sykes, regarding the parking permit, twice by phone and twice by email. We had no response from our emails and with each phone call we were promised a call back which, on each occasion, failed to materialise. We feel let down by Sykes - if you promise to phone back you should do so.

We had an absolutely fabulous time. I have a few recommendations - a mirror in the bedroom, maybe even a long mirror so you can see your shoes. Take away menus would be great and the sofa is absolutely tiny. My partner is extremely tall and so I don’t expect sofas to be big enough for him, but I found it small, too. Thank you for a really lovely holiday.
