Had everything we needed and more for our group. Very clean and comfortable rooms/bathrooms and the living area was perfect with lots of space. Pool table room was good. Pub and shop next door. Close to adventures in wales. Spot on.

There was ample space for our group who consisted of some big lads. Kitchen is split great so that there's enough room to move around and prepare things at the same time as others. Rooms are spacious and clean with enough shower/bath facilities for all. Easy to get to, safe secure parking. People in the town around the accommodation are very friendly and welcoming.

I messaged the owns and they made excuses, saying a bird might of dropped it or that wind blew it. This is a table sheltered and 1 story high. local kids playing knock knock run and kicking football at the front door We had to guess what to do with leaving the house as minimal instruction to bed linens (we have stripped them). Again included in my message and they said it was in the welcome email this is not clear to me No cleaning spray or cloths to help ensure that we left house clean. First impressions were good but ultimately will not be staying there again
