Ty Bach - Llanberis is a cosy and well-equipped cottage praised for its excellent location in North Wales & Snowdonia, ideal for hiking and exploring the local area. Guests appreciate the property's charm, including a log burner and enclosed yard, which is especially convenient for dog owners. While some guests mention minor maintenance issues and suggest improvements, the overall sentiment is positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

The cottage generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with several guests finding it tidy upon arrival. However, some guests noted areas that could benefit from deeper cleaning, such as cobwebs and dust, and occasional issues with mould. These comments suggest room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to hiking trails, local shops, and attractions in Llanberis. Guests love the convenience and the beautiful surroundings, making it a standout feature of the property.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with a warm and cosy atmosphere enhanced by the log burner. The bed's comfort received mixed reviews, and several guests recommended bringing extra pillows. The property's warmth and cosiness are frequently mentioned as positives.

The well-equipped kitchen and the inclusion of Wi-Fi are appreciated, but guests have reported issues with flat pillows, poor Wi-Fi signal, and a need for clearer instructions for the heating system. Some maintenance concerns, such as the need for fresh paint and minor repairs, have been noted.

While guests mention the provision of logs for the log burner, there is no consistent mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Cottage needed some maintenance, however for price we paid it was value for money. If cottage was better maintained with a few basic improvements we would be happy to stay again. We enjoyed our stay, however, when we arrived there was a full trolley of recycling rubbish which had not been sorted or empied by several previous occupants. Before we could put our own recycling rubbish into the boxes, we had to sort other peoples rubbish as the bin men refused to collect mixed rubbish. This issue should have been done by the cleaning team before our arrival.

A great location to the village & a good size for 2 people & a dog. The cleanliness & condition of the cottage let it down.

Perfect base for exploring the area. Parking can be an issue as previous people have said but we didn't have an issue at this time of year.
