Guests say

Guests are overwhelmingly pleased with Tŷ'n Lôn Bach, praising its stunning views, high standard of cleanliness, and thoughtful touches like cake and milk. The property boasts excellent facilities, a comfortable atmosphere, and a prime location for exploring North Wales. The sunsets and sea views are particularly memorable, and the conservatory is a favourite spot among visitors.

The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting it as spotless. This indicates meticulous upkeep and attention to detail in maintaining the property.

The location is highly praised for its quiet setting, stunning views, and proximity to local attractions. The scenic sunsets and sea views contribute to the high rating, although one mention of a tight entrance due to parked cars slightly impacts the score.

Comfort is consistently commended, with guests appreciating the cosy atmosphere and luxurious touches. However, a single mention of an uncomfortable bed and the need for better towels suggests there is a slight room for improvement.

Facilities are described as excellent, well-equipped, and immaculate, with special mentions of the bathroom and kitchen appliances. The presence of a telescope and fast internet adds to the positive feedback, though one comment about worn towels indicates minor maintenance could enhance the experience.

The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident through the provision of welcome treats like cake and milk, although it should be noted that such gifts are kindly provided but not guaranteed. The attention to detail in amenities and guest comfort reflects the owners' care.

Normally, three days of rain on a summer holiday would be the end of the world for me, but in this case, we were thrilled to relax indoors and fully enjoy everything this wonderful property had to offer. The cottage was impeccably clean, exceptionally well-equipped, and beautifully situated right next to a field of sheep. By the end of our stay, they felt like old friends! Whether rain or shine, I found myself out there every morning and evening, greeting them. The location of the property is perfect—just a 10-minute drive to Caernarfon, 20 minutes to Mount Snowdon, and 30 minutes to Porthmadog. This gave us the best of all worlds: challenging mountain hikes, sandy beaches, and visits to historic towns. Plus, there’s a gorgeous country park just three minutes away. A huge thank you to Ian and Rona. Our one family holiday each year is incredibly important to us, and we couldn’t be happier that this one was so special. We’re already dreaming of coming back.

The cottage was lovely, very well equipped and amazing scenery, especially the sunsets. Plenty of room for us as a family of four and we spent most of our time either outside in the sun or in the sun room. Most relaxing holiday we've had for many years. We definitely intend to return!

We particularly liked having the sun room as an adult lounge for reading and sewing, while the kids had the run of the main living room. We would definitely visit again
