The property's setting in North Wales & Snowdonia offers stunning scenery and a peaceful retreat. While some guests suggest minor improvements, the overall sentiment is extremely positive, with many looking forward to returning.

Reviewers unanimously describe the property as 'spotless' and 'immaculately presented', indicating a very high standard of cleanliness that consistently exceeds guest expectations.

The property's location is frequently highlighted as perfect for exploring Snowdonia, with its beautiful scenery and proximity to local attractions. The peaceful and rural setting is also noted, although one guest mentioned difficulty in finding the property.

Guests find the beds very comfortable and the property cosy, especially with the wood burner and under-floor heating. The peaceful environment contributes to the overall comfort, although a few guests noted the lack of hanging space for clothes.

The property is well-equipped with modern amenities, including an EV charger and utility room. Some guests suggested additional crockery and cutlery would be beneficial, but overall, the facilities are highly regarded.

The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with mentions of a welcome basket and fresh eggs available for purchase. While these gestures are greatly appreciated, it is noted that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.

I would definitely be visiting again in the future.

However, it is within easy reach of Snowdon, Caernarvon, Bangor, Anglesey and many other locations. The property is beautifully presented, tidy and spotlessly clean, with high quality, modern facilities. The open plan arrangements in the well-appointed kitchen, dining area and living space work well. Although there are no wardrobes, there are plenty of drawers in the bedrooms and the owners provided a clothes rail for our use. The bathroom and toilet facilities are idiosyncratic but entirely practical. The utility room was extremely useful for drying wet outdoor clothes and washing. The table and chairs in the enclosed garden provided a nice outdoor space when weather permitted. We would highly recommend the property for a North Wales stay.

We have had the best holiday and can’t wait to return. Only very small thing to improve our stay would be a list of the things we need to bring like soap and hair dryer.
