Vista Marina - Penthouse in Criccieth is highly praised for its stunning sea views, spaciousness, and tasteful decor. Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, and the property's proximity to local attractions. While there are mentions of minor maintenance issues and the need for physical fitness to manage stairs, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests returning and recommending the property.
The apartment is consistently described as clean and tidy, with only a few minor comments about specific items that do not detract from the overall high standards of cleanliness experienced by guests.
The location is exceptional, with spectacular sea views and easy access to local amenities and coastal walks. The convenience and beauty of the location contribute to the property's high ratings.
Guests find the apartment very comfortable, with special mentions of the quality of the beds and the spaciousness of the rooms. The comfort of the property is a highlight in the reviews.
The facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. However, there are some reports of maintenance issues such as problems with the hob and windows, which slightly affect the score.
While guests mention lovely touches like a telescope and a bottle of Prosecco, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful gestures or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed.

It was very comfortable, spacious, well equipped with wonderful views. There were great walks nearby and it was an excellent base to explore the area. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Stunning position and quirky design touches. Lovely flower pots. Criccieth and the area has loads to offer, including a good selection of restaurants. Would recommend 100%. Couple of tiny points just to make aware of - only one ice tray and one egg cup ! Perhaps extra small juice glasses ? Loved the stylish china set.

Only comment showers need mats as my partner slipped and I noted that a guest couple weeks before had fallen in shower as floor becomes slippery
