Guests say

Bryn Tirion is a well-received cottage in Llanbedrog, praised for its excellent location, comfort, and facilities. Guests highlight the hot tub, games room, and the property's proximity to the beach and local amenities. The cottage's character and provision for dogs are also appreciated, making it a hit with families and pet owners alike.

While most guests were satisfied, some noted the property could have been cleaner upon arrival, particularly the kitchen area. However, this did not significantly detract from their overall experience.

The cottage's location is highly praised for its convenience to the beach, local pubs, and shops, making it an ideal spot for guests looking to enjoy the local area.

Guests found the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of the cosy atmosphere, the provision of clean towels and linen, and the inclusion of a log burner for cooler nights.

The facilities, including a hot tub, games room, and well-appointed kitchen, are frequently mentioned as highlights. The wi-fi and dog-secure garden also contribute to the high rating.

While guests express gratitude towards the hosts and appreciate the amenities provided, there is no specific mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

Me and a colleague too two service users on their first holiday for decades and they had a ball, seeing them in the hot tub was something we never thought would happen but they felt so comfortable and happy that they could not wait and they have spoken about it non stop. They also loved the games room where we spent plenty of time playing pool and darts. This is a fantastic cottage and highly recommended.

This is a beautiful, cosy cottage, with plenty of space for a family. Very well appointed, with a full range of kitchen appliances, central heating and a log burner for those really cool nights. The wi-fi provision is excellent too. Outside, the hot tub is a brilliant addition, and was clean and fully prepared for our visit. And what could I say about the games room? It's a fantastic facility and provides all the rainy day entertainment anyone could possibly wish for. The lovely, quiet rear garden is dog-secure, and great to relax in on a sunny day. The cottage is within easy walking distance (2-3 minutes) of a great, dog-friendly pub, 5 minutes from the local shop and is around 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Plenty of clean towels provided, and the linen was also clean and fresh on the very comfortable beds. Overall, a beautiful cottage in a lovely location, which would be great for families with both young children or older teens.

We had a lovely stay in this characterful cottage. The location is perfect for walking down to Llanbedrog beach, which also has a lovely beach bar. The local pubs are so welcoming, and serve great locally sourced food. We really felt the location of this cottage was amazing for everything, from walks, to visiting local towns and walking to nearby pubs. The games was a big hit for us, the pool table was used every night and kept us entertained for hours. The cottages itself is full of character, we just felt like it was missing a bit of love in terms of its cleanliness. But this wouldn’t stop us from returning again. Thank you to Karen and John for being such wonderful hosts.
