All night we had to listen to the alarm beep, the next day we went to the Warren reception they told us they would come and fix but wasnât their issue was Sykes. The beds had sand and dirt in them, they had not been washed or changed, we had to clean and wash sheets the first day we were there. The shower in the master suite was cold and no pressure we complained numerous times and no one came to fix the problem. We have made formal complaint to the Warren about Sykes and the property due to us having to leave early, my mother is disabled and the only shower she could use was the broken one. I used to own a lodge on the and have rented others prior with no issues. This was a terrible disappointment that not only the management company were not willing to help but the owner also.

The hot tub was lovely and the decking was a real sun trap. It would benefit from some cushions that properly fit the outdoor furniture, but this is a minor point. The Warren has great facilities and the chalet was located with easy access to the quieter end of the beach (the no launch zone), which suited us. We will definitely be re-booking!
