The Haven is just that! - a delightful little white-painted, detached cottage in an elevated position, surrounded by lovely views over the countryside to the sea, towards Hell's Mouth Bardsey Island, Abersoch and Cardigan Bay. There is a delightful decking balcony to the front of the property, secure for children and with quality patio furniture. There is a gently sloping lawned garden with additional garden furniture and parking for up to 3 cars.
The open-plan living accommodation is stylishly presented and comfortably furnished. There are two good sofas, contemporary electric fire, wall-mounted Freeview TV with DVD/BluRay/CD players. French doors offer lovely views and access onto the decking balcony. To the rear of the living room is a kitchen/dining area with modern fitted units, integrated double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. There is a large island unit dividing the kitchen from the sitting room and providing contemporary dining space with six bar-stool type chairs. There are three bedrooms - two double rooms and one with bunk beds suitable for children only - and a smart, fully tiled shower room with large walk-in shower enclosure, WC and basin in vanity unit.
The Haven is a peaceful, attractively presented property in a quiet location, yet within easy reach of the facilities of Abersoch and the surrounding areas of the Llyn Peninsula. Enjoy days out on the lovely local sandy beaches, boat trip to Bardsey Island, Plas-yn-Rhiw (NT), watersports, birdwatching, walking, or simply sit back and relax in the garden, admiring the lovely views!
