Guests have found Gwynle Cottage in Llanystumdwy to be a cosy and comfortable retreat, well-placed for exploring North Wales & Snowdonia. The property is praised for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly owners. While the location is ideal for beachgoers and sightseers, some guests noted the proximity to a busy road. The cottage is equipped for a homely stay, though an elderly couple suggested the addition of a rail for the bath. A welcome hamper was a delightful surprise for some, adding a touch of thoughtfulness to their stay.

The location is generally praised for its proximity to the beach and local attractions, though one review mentions a busy road which may affect guests' perception of the location.
