Guests consistently praise the cottage's stunning location, with its breathtaking views and proximity to a secluded beach. The property offers ample space, comfort, and a homely atmosphere, ideal for both families and large groups. The surrounding farmland adds to the charm, though the access track is noted to be rough. The thoughtful touches by the owners, including a homemade cake and warm welcomes, contribute to the memorable experience.
The majority of guests found the property to be clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, one review mentioned the property was not up to their cleanliness standards, which slightly impacts the overall score.
The location is highly praised for its incredible views, tranquillity, and proximity to the beach and local attractions. The secluded setting on a working farm is a highlight, though the access track is noted to be challenging.
Guests report the property as cosy and spacious, with comfortable beds and multiple living areas. The presence of farm animals added to the charm for many. A few guests noted issues with water pressure and one with a radiator, but these were minor compared to the overall comfort enjoyed.
Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and utility room. Some guests experienced issues with Wi-Fi and water pressure, and there were suggestions for a welcome book and better signage. The prompt response to a maintenance issue was positively noted.
Many guests mentioned thoughtful gestures such as a homemade cake, wine, and flowers, which added to their positive experience. While these gifts are appreciated, they are personal touches from the owners and may not be a consistent offering for all stays.

Very happy to see the massive upstairs bed.. although don't think it's listed as a super king. Its a bonus so I would mention it. We only used the one bedroom but looked in at the others and they were all fabulous. the two bathrooms very modern and efficient. One minor point, I think the upstairs bathroom could do with a mirror on the wall above the sink. All in all, we had a fabulous holiday and will definitely try to rebook next year.

Directions from farm not very clear. Could do with some signage to get to the house as you think your going wrong going through fields but once there the dirt track was worth it

It is a lovely house on its own near the sea, perfect for us and the dogs, the house is amazing and has everything you would need. I don't really want to tell people about this little gem of a place as everyone will want to go. It is also near to lots of other beautiful places, this year we discovered Aberdarren, which is a beautiful village and we had a meal where we could take the dogs right on the sea front, fabulous. I'm hoping we'll get to go back again soon.
