Guests are generally pleased with this seaside apartment, praising its cleanliness, stunning sea views, and high standard of furnishings. The location is ideal for exploring North Wales, with easy beach access and local amenities. Comfort is noted with well-equipped living spaces and comfortable beds, though some minor maintenance issues are mentioned. The thoughtful touches by the owners, including welcome gestures, add to the positive experience.
Reviews consistently mention the apartment being clean and well-presented. A few isolated comments about specific areas needing attention prevent a perfect score.
The location is highly praised for its sea views and proximity to the beach and town. It serves as a great base for exploring the area, contributing to its high score.
Guests find the apartment comfortable, with special mentions of the beds and the calming sound of the waves. Some concerns about the size of the bed and window vibrations in high winds slightly lower the score.
Facilities are generally appreciated, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the added bonus of a pool. However, reports of maintenance issues like a non-working washing machine and lift breakdowns affect the score.
The owners' thoughtfulness is evident in the provision of suggestions for local attractions and welcome chocolates. While these gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

9 star and outstanding. Although the sea views were excellent, the general condition is in need of an upgrade to merit the star rating awarded. Details such as the smelly duvet, old towels, cobwebs and the shower running cold need attention. Luckily the car park was not fully occupied otherwise it would have been difficult to park. The over all appearance of the apartment block and surrounding area can best be described as shabby. When was it last inspected? Sorry but this property was not the standard we had hoped for.

Nice views from balcony window. Easy access to beach and prom. Everything you need for a relaxing break
