Located just a few miles from the ruggedly beautiful Morfa Nefyn and Pwllheli's facilities. Fairview Lodge is well located for enjoying the wonders of North Wales, including numerous Llyn Peninsula beaches, golf and the Snowdonia National Park. Located on a relatively secluded, elevated plot, yet only a few minutes walk away from the park's leisure facilities, the lodge is very well-appointed throughout and has everything you need for a relaxing short or long stay. Entering the open-concept living area you'll see the comfy lounge area with its large tv, cosy log-effect fire, and relaxing open views over the feature outdoor pond. The well-equipped kitchen that even includes a wine cooler fridge! Settle down at the dining room table after whipping up a delectable meal. Or grab a bottle of fizz from the wine cooler and eat al fresco on the terrace, encircled by a glass railing. The south-facing terrace is ideal for catching all day sunshine or spectacular star-gazing at night.

The bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the lodge and include a master bedroom (with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room), along with a second double bedroom and a twin room and before turning in for the night, you have a choice of a bath or shower in the main bathroom. This is a wonderful base for a fabulous family/friends holiday or a quiet couples getaway. Ideal for just relaxing in the luxury lodge, enjoying the Sanctuary’s Lodge Park facilities and landscaped lakes and meadows, or exploring the beautiful Llyn Peninsula and other parts of North Wales. With golf just a short drive, take in the beautiful scenery of Nefyn Golf Club and with the world famous Ty Coch Inn within a scenic walking distance. Ty Coch is a traditional tavern that beholds spectacular sea views, a golden beach, and atmospheric sunsets. Drive to Pwllheli, a thriving market town with lots to do, stock up at the local and national grocery stores, have dinner at the Whitehall gastropub, and take in the boats along the marina. Traeth Glan-y-Don and Traeth Marian-y-de are nearby and ideal for an afternoon in the sun if you'd like to spend the day on the sand. Explore farther to the villages of Llanbedrog or Abersoch, which are surrounded by a sandy shore that is renowned for beach huts, swimming and surfing. There is also the well-known Abersoch Golf Club and a variety of highly rated eateries and restaurants to try. The beach of fine sand is popular with fishermen, while water sports enthusiasts enjoy the variety of conditions - the crescent of sands faces north-west from one side and north-east from the other, creating different conditions for surfers, windsurfers and kite surfers.The small, picturesque fishing hamlet of Porthdinllaen is famous for its pub, the Ty Coch, which lies at the top of the beach.

Close by are Criccieth , with its medieval castle, Llanbedrog with its famous beach huts and popular Abersoch, a pretty harbour town also renowned for its wonderful beaches and watersports facilities.
