Close to everything that makes North Wales so special, this spacious cottage enjoys panoramic mountain and sea views. The seaside town of Pwllheli is just 3 miles away with its beaches, Marina and range of cafes and restaurants. This is a great base to discover the golden beaches and picturesque villages dotted around Llyn Peninsula, as well as the majestic mountains and endless attractions of Snowdonia National Park. Walking distance to a garden centre and cafe, Llys Bach is one of two stunning, semi-detached cottages located at this private, peaceful setting - perfect if you wish to share the experience with extended family or friends. The Wales Coast Path and an activity centre are also within 2.5 miles.
Size – sleeps six in three bedrooms.
Beds – 1 king, 1 twin, 1 super-king that can be arranged as twin on request.
Rooms – Ground floor: open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge with double patio doors leading to the patio and garden. Shower room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
Kitchen and utilities – well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and hob.
Entertainment – Smart TV and DVD, sound system and selection of books and wifi also available.
For families – travel cot, high chair and stair gate available. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside – private rear patio area with table, bench and views towards Snowdonia. Extended lawn area, shared with the holiday cottage next door. Scenic bench also at the front of the cottage with views of Cardigan Bay across to Snowdonia.
Parking – plenty of private parking spaces.
General – Welcome pack includes tea and coffee, sugar and milk and a cake. Local beer, and jams also included if staying for a week or more. Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, hand and bath towels and 1 hairdryer provided.
Pets – no pets.

A beautifully finished, very clean cottage in a wonderful setting. We were very comfortable staying in Llys Bach for the week with our children and would definitely recommend it. The furnishings are lovely, it was well equipped and the whole place was well thought out. The location was very peaceful and it made a great base for exploring the Llyn Peninsula.

Cottage was clean comfortable and the garden was great for kids . Dilys the owner responded quickly to our request when we couldn’t find window lock keys as we had small children with us . Our neighbours for the week were lovely and so the shared lawn was no issue. We would definitely recommend as in great location- near to amenities and fabulous views.
