The house is a lovely spacious house which invites a lot of light into it. It is very easy to park and has a lovely outlook to it. The only problem that we had is that our daughter put some washing on the rotary line and we all went to the beach. When we came back all the washing and pegs were on the ground and the rod of the washing line was bent over. On inspection we noticed that the rod was very rusty. We had had gales and rain the night before and whether this had any bearing on the pole bending we don't know. Other than that our stay at this lovely house was brilliant.

The house is very spacious, great size bedrooms and plenty of room downstairs too. Lovely en-suite and family bathroom. Great location as just outside Morfa Nefyn and Nefyn so it is quiet and there is easy access to the main roads to all parts of the Llyn Peninsula. The owners are very friendly and helpful and live near the property. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The house is at the cheaper end so expect some issues and in general the house is in good order so please take the list of cons with pinch of salt as all are survivable and we enjoyed our holiday Pro's The house is large with plenty of room for kids to run around. bedrooms are good sizes with comfortable beds easy walk on country road into the village Cons En-suite shower no use as thermostat has no effect either its skin stripingly hot or cold this has been reported in guest book previiously apparently doesn't work if anyone else in the house uses a tap?. Drain from kitchen sink blocked so tends to flood outside a bit. Drain from main bathroom shower does not drain as fast as the water comes in on the shower (maybe due to the shower head missing several of its jets) so shower time limited as otherwise the shower try will overtop and flood bathroom. (but usable) Bath side not attached properly (but usable) Oven door not attached properly (usable but needs fixing) Knives in kitchen dangerously blunt (even bread knife won't cut bread. Please provide oven gloves this is a house for lot of people so large pans hard to get out of the oven with just tea towels. not much toilet roll in the house at least some to start would be common sense as people maybe arriving after shops are shut. Also basic cleaning products like jay clothes etc as this helps us keep the place clean for you. shortage of bowls 6 ceramic (though very shallow) and 2 plastic for a house that sleeps at least 8 is not enough
