Situated on a working farm with the owner’s friendly dogs, each property has shared use of the on-site facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. Cefn Coed Coal Museum, Aberdulais Waterfalls and activities such as golfing, driving ranges, archery, paint balling and quad biking, are all available within a three mile radius. The famous Dan Yr Ogof Caves, and Craig y Nos Country Park are just 10 miles. The magnificent Gower Coast is approximately 18 miles and the Brecon Beacons are within 35 miles. Swansea town centre and Cardiff, both with excellent shopping, bars and clubs, are within driving distance. An ideal holiday base. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Property is on a working farm, with friendly dogs on premises, dogs are not allowed within the properties however kennels are provided on the farm, by the owners, on request. The shared indoor heated swimming pool measures 30ft x 14ft; 3ft - 6ft deep and is open all year - shared with the 2 other holiday properties on the working farm. A maximum 6 people at any one time can use the pool, and there are no pre-booking of times for the pool, used on a 1st come basis. Family bookings only please. Property is serviced by its own private water supply. Property is strictly no smoking (this includes the grounds). There is a pond in the grounds/garden extra care may be required.
