Solva 2.5 miles. Maerdy Lodge is an idyllic property resting on the outskirts of Solva, witihin the Pembrokeshire National Park. This heart-warming base, brimming with character and charm, offers a superb base for a family looking to explore this endearing location. It comes with four well-presented bedrooms, situated across both floors to ensure a flexible sleeping arrangement and that all abilities are catered to. On the ground-floor, you and your loved ones can curl up in front of the feature fire place before the designated chef of the group rustles up a delicious home cooked meal within the amply equipped kitchen. Note: This property can be booked with ref. 1007398, together sleeping up to 14 people.
Solva is a small village resting around a a tidal harbour which offers walks along the dramatic coast path. Within the village you will find a selection of pubs serving good food, a fish and chip shop, gift shops, art galleries and a nearby superb woollen mill shop. Nearby is the smallest city in Britain, St Davids and the beach of Whitesands Bay is also within close reach.
