Old Pembrokeshire Coastal Farmhouse near Newgale Sands - Dogs Welcome

Fascinating old Pembrokeshire farmhouse with part dating back to the 17th century. Rich in period interest with inglenook fireplace, natural stone walls, some low doors, open beams and an oak staircase. There are wooden doors and window frames with upstairs window fitted with childproof locks.

Rolling pastoral views towards Roch Castle, comfortably appointed with full central heating. The owners' family live in a converted granary/dairy across what was previously the farm courtyard. Pets welcome

The two spacious sitting room has comfortable sofas, a stone hearths and one has a log-burner and piano. There are plenty of books, jigsaws and games.

The large kitchen/diner has a Rayburn in the inglenook, a large farmhouse table with country chairs and an old pine sideboard giving it a charming rustic air. There is a stone serving hatch through to a well-appointed kitchen with ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

There is an external room for hanging wet suits and lock up surfboards and cycles.

Up to 3 dogs welcome (first one free of charge). There is an enclosed, private garden behind the property and guests are welcome to enjoy the views when walking well-behaved dogs on a further 4 acres shared with the owners' family.

Solva (5 miles away) has a general store and Post Office selling groceries, papers, and alcohol. More extensive shopping can be done in the county town of Haverfordwest 10 miles away.
