Guests staying at this property are welcome to use the Spa facilities at the Lamphey Court Spa Hotel between 9am and 5pm,(note childrens access times) subject to normal charges/terms & conditions - 20% discount off Spa treatmeants.  Guests are also welcome to use the restaurant and receive10% discount.  Guests will need to produce their FBM Holidays booking confirmation at the Hotel reception to gain entry to the hotel facilities.

Lamphey lies on the ancient ridge route between Tenby and Pembroke. The name Lamphey goes back to the time when pioneering preachers were endeavouring to Christianise the area.  It is the site of what is left of the Bishops Palace, built in the 13th Century by the Bishops of St Davids. Buildings inhabited long before the 20th Century may still be seen; The Court House whose name describes one of its functions, Lamphey House (Malthouse today). Lamphey has much to offer, church, shop, garage, bakery, pub, restaurants, playground, tennis courts and squash courts to name but a few.
