The interior of this super little cottage offers a high standard of furnishings, is well equipped and with a wealth of stonework and beams plus subtle wall lighting gives a very cosy ambience.  The accommodation is ideal for couples or a family with one child and for those larger families wishing to holiday close together, extra bed and breakfast accommodation can be acquired at Giltar Grove. The owners Roy and Sarah also offer a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar and why not treat yourselves to one of Roy's fantastic cooked breakfasts at a nominal charge served in the beautiful conservatory at Giltar Grove. The coastal path is literally 5 minutes walk away on the opposite of the road and along a public footpath.  The village of Lydstep is close by and the Tavern has restaurant facilities and beer garden. Within easy driving distance of many of the coastal villages in the area.

Situated just one and a quarter miles to the west of Tenby the pretty hillside village of Penally overlooks Tenby Golf Course and the long sandy South Beach.  Access can be gained by marked footpaths through the golf course onto the beach and for those wishing to join the 186 mile coastal path access is at Giltar Point at the end of the beach. The village boasts a 13th century church of St Nicholas & St Teilo, originally called St Nicholas' but changed to St Nicholas and St Teilo at the end of the 19th century when it was found that Penally was birthplace of St Teilo, a Christian leader in the 6th century. The church is also home to the Penally Celtic Cross originally found in the graveyard but restored and moved into the church. There is a well stocked shop and 2 public houses, The Cross and The Paddock Inn which both serve good food also The Overlander Restuarant. On the periphery of the village Ritec Valley Quad Bikes offer some family fun with Trail riding and Arrive and Drive. The village is also home to Hoyles Mouth Cave where paleolithic people once lived and artifacts from those times can be found at Tenby Museum. Sweet Pea Cottage is on the very periphery of the village.
