Your dog-friendly cottage sleeps 2 adults in one double bedroom and 2 children in the additional bedroom with bunk beds. Each bedroom boasts a stable door which opens out onto your own patio area complete with outdoor furniture.
The garden is an ideal place to escape to, relax, and enjoy sightings of badgers, foxes, buzzards and red kites as well as panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and just a short walk to a beautiful stream. A brand new wood-fired hot tub is perfect for soaking up the tranquil atmosphere.
Part of a tasteful conversion, The Milking Parlour adjoins a further two cottages; The Mill (sleeps 2) and The Byre (sleeps 4). Together they can accommodate up to ten guests, ideal for a large party booking.
Guests also have access to a large communal garden, providing additional log seating, a campfire area and a running stream all of which add to the calm and tranquillity of the natural setting. Light a fire and stargaze or enjoy a stroll around the lake in the grounds. The owners' good-natured rare breed Belted Galloway cows graze in the paddock adding to the rural experience - say hello to these friendly creatures!

Accommodation
2 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. 1 Double Bedroom and 1 Bedroom with 2 bunk beds both on the Ground Floor.
1 Bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet and washbasin.
Open Plan Kitchen/Living room, the barn has high ceilings and exposed A-frame beams. A contemporary kitchen benefitting from induction hob, electric fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, under counter fridge, dining table and chairs. Living area with 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, footstool, wood burner, slate floors, Freeview TV, DVD, DAB radio. Door to patio and garden.
Grounds a stable door opens to an enclosed patio-garden laid with slate, lawn and stone, wood-fired hot tub, barbecue, and rattan garden furniture. Garden gate access to a communal garden with further seating and campfire facilities. You also have access to a lake on site.
Communal Utility Room with washing machine and freezer in the shed to the rear of the cottage.
Complimentary firepit logs available in the lean-to shed.
