Guests consistently praise 'The Barn at Waunlippa' for its cosy atmosphere, beautiful decoration, and welcoming hosts. The property's location is ideal for exploring Pembrokeshire, with many appreciating the proximity to Narberth and beaches. The hot tub is frequently mentioned as a highlight, alongside the delicious meals prepared by host Orsola. While most experiences are positive, a few guests encountered issues with heating and Wi-Fi.
The majority of guests describe the barn as spotlessly clean, indicating high standards of cleanliness. One negative comment regarding the hot tub's cleanliness after use does not significantly impact the overall positive feedback.
The barn's location is highly praised for its tranquillity and accessibility to local attractions, including Narberth town and Pembrokeshire beaches. A few guests noted the rural setting resulted in patchy mobile coverage.
Reviews frequently mention the comfort of the barn, with its cosy fire, comfortable furnishings, and homely touches. The hot tub adds to the comfort factor, although there was a single mention of it not working intermittently.
Facilities such as the hot tub and fire are well-received, but there are comments about Wi-Fi connectivity issues and a smaller-than-expected size. The mention of a heater provided during a heating issue suggests responsiveness to maintenance.
While many reviews reflect the hosts' attentiveness and the provision of meals, there is no specific mention of gifts. Therefore, it is not possible to score thoughtfulness based on the provision of gifts.

The perfect base for a holiday in Pembrokeshire. A cosy barn conversion, perfect for 2, (plus canine companions!) The hosts were great, very welcoming and friendly. They were there if needed, but not obtrusive.....we enjoyed our little chats beside the lovely pond each day.. Totally recommend the accommodation, hosts and gorgeous outdoor space.
