The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable - definitely a home from home. It is situated in a quiet, residential area, and the neighbours were all friendly. Newport is a great holiday base with lovely walks and beaches all easily accessible. There are plenty of places to eat - the Golden Lion and the Castle Inn were excellent and breakfast at Blas at Fronlas was also great. Llys y Fran was a lovely visit as were Cardigan and Poppit Sands. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Very comfortable beds, good sized bedrooms and bathroom. The only thing we didn't like was the tiny basin in the large bathroom - same size as downstairs cloakroom, totally inadequate. The instructions for using the TV in the house handbook are out of date and refer to a previous system.

There is a good garden area. Itâs a lovely quiet street a short (if steep!) walk to town. Only improvements to suggest for the future would be a smart tv and an electric car charger. Newport itself has a good selection of pubs and a few gift shops etc. The Pembrokeshire coastline is beautiful with some great beaches. We had a great holiday staying at Ty Caio and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
