Tranquility is a homely lodge in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. With a beautiful view surrounding the lodge, it is suitable for families with a TV, electric fire and an en-suite bath to soak in after a day at the beach. Hear the sound of the crunching gravel as you approach the lodge, you will come to know how this lodge got its name Tranquility, as you take in the countryside views before entering. The open-plan living area is suitable and eclectic, flick on the TV and electric fire in the evening or crack open the patio doors and sit in the decking area, as you unwind with the splendid views. The kitchen is functional and bright, you can cook up a storm for your loved ones whilst having the privilege of the dishwasher, relieving you of the chores. The dining area is agreeable with the table set for four. The twin room is compact, with a shower room nearby to wash off the sea breeze from your skin. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a surprising en-suite, containing the option to soak your muscles in the bath or take a brisk shower before your fun-filled day. Being located in Pembrokeshire Coast National Park means there is plenty to do nearby, you can take a stroll down to your Saundersfoot village, or slap on the sunscreen and visit Saundersfoot Beach. Pembroke Castle is a regal place to visit, being the birthplace of Henry VII, with recommended guided tours available, there are caves below to explore and falconry displays twice a year, so be sure to look out for the dates. National Trust - Colby Woodland Garden provides scenery, walk the trails and explore the wooded valley, it is a short walk down to Amroth’s pebbled beach, or you can treat yourself to a slice of sponge cake at the tearoom. Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo offers a fantastic experience for families, featuring a funfair, thrilling go-kart races, and the opportunity to meet charming barnyard animals up close.
