The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The family bathroom has a walk in shower and is located downstairs. Upstairs, both the double bedroom and the twin room are bright yet warm, with the eaves creating a cosy atmosphere. Outside, to the rear of the cottage, there is a patio area with access to the lawn, the perfect place for a morning coffee and stroll. There is an additional lawned area to the front but please note this is used by customers of the adjoining tea room. There is off road parking for two cars. There is a shop, pub and restaurant 5 miles away, and a local pub less than 200maway. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin. 1 bathroom 1 bathroom with walk in shower, 1 separate WC. Please note the stairs are narrow in places and the bannister is low. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV. Electric woodburner effect fire in lounge and dining room. Highchair and cot available. Patio area at rear with access to lawn. Off road parking. Shop and restaurant in 5 miles. Local pub less than 200m away. The area at the front of the cottage is used by the adjoining tearoom for seating.
