There are steep banks, teraces and unprotected drops within the grounds of the property and the gaps between the spindles on the staircase are wider than 10cm.

Bathroom and a single bedroom are accessed from the main landing via an ascending step, a small landing and a descending step. One twin bedded room is accessed via two steps off the main landing. Due to the thickness of the walls, the wifi is only available in the kitchen/dining area of the house.

There is a £250 security deposit payable to the owner 2 weeks prior to your holiday, this will be refunded in the week providing all is in good order.
