Pet-friendly detached holiday cottage within the Brecon Beacons National Park. Great for walking (trails from the doorstep), fishing, cycling, star-gazing and so much more.
Brecon Beacons holiday cottage, pet-friendly (max 3 dogs). Detached cottage with great walks , fishing, cycling and so much more. Local pubs are just over a mile away and there are plenty of villages and towns nearby - including Brecon, Builth Wells and Hay-on-Wye. It is only 45-50 minutes drive from Cardiff.
Size – sleeps five in two bedrooms.
Beds – one king, one double with single (both en-suite)
Rooms – first floor – open plan kitchen and dining area, large lounge, king bedroom with en-suite, triple bedroom with en-suite. Ground floor - Master bathroom and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, storage for equipment.
Kitchen and utilities – fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, full-size fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster.
Entertainment – flat screen TV, selection of books and games for children.
Outside – paved area with garden table and chairs.
Parking – plenty of parking outside the cottage.
General – Bed linen and towels provided. Heating and electricity included. Wi-Fi included. Secure bike storage available. Tumble dryer available on request.
Pets welcome - 3 dogs max (£30 per pet).

We loved our stay at Dan y Comin! Marion was really friendly and welcoming. We had a minor issue and she came over within 10 minutes and got it all fixed. The cottage was perfect for us to stay - 2 adults, a baby and a dog. There was plenty of space and it was really handy having the travel cot and high chair provided. The area is really quiet which helped us to relax and feel like we had a proper break. Will definitely rebook if we're back in the area in future!!

I can’t recommend stay at Dan-Y-Comin highly enough the host was so kind so helpful she left us a beautiful welcome slice of cake and couldn’t of been more friendly she had thought of everything the cottage is stunning full of cosy beds and blankets comfy sofas my dog loved it there are amazing walks nearby and in the surrounding areas everyone we met was welcoming friendly helpful we had a fabulous stay everything I wanted it to be

What a beautiful place! So happy we found it for our time exploring the Brecon Beacons. Check in was easy and Marion was so welcoming. She even made us a lovely cake for arrival, which was delicious. The accommodation is dog friendly with a secure gated garden. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms. Wish we had stayed longer.
