I would just make a few little suggestions and these are just "would be nice to haves" - In the twin room somewhere to hang clothes and a mirror. In the Kitchen it would be nice to have have doubles of cutlery, plates, bowls, etc. However these minor things would in no way stop us from 100% recommending Varley Villas to family and friends, we had a lovely stay in your cosy accommodation. The owners were also very friendly and stressed that they were there to help should we need them. There was just one little thing the directions of how to find the house once you have reached Newtown are not accurate and we had to ring the owner for directions. So if Sykes Cottages Admin Team could just alter this it would help.

From the outside it looks superb, well maintained and clean. Upon entering the Villa it is amazing, clean, comfortable and well set out. There is everything you need to enjoy your break from cutlery to a washing machine. The bathroom is great, shower is lovely, powerful and to top it all walk-in. Bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage. Set in a quiet part of Newtown but within walking distance of all amenities. Hosts Ross and Trish very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Top marks all around and thank you for a lovely break. Carole and Paul.

Villa was well presented and had everything we needed for our stay there. Enclosed front decking was good to provide freedom for the dog in a secure area. Good location for walking into Newtown and a lovely park for dogs nearby. Further afield there were opportunities to explore Oswestry and Shrewsbury.
