. the bottom locking bold on the front door was snapped so wouldn't lock. The screws on the door handle mechanism were hanging out as too we're the bottom door hinge screes making the door difficult to lock and Insecure. Only half of the fout slice toaster worked. There were no channels on the newly installed television . I had to figure out how to install them. The aerial was an indoor type and gave poor reception after I had managed to find the channels. Only half the jets on the hot tub worked. . We were there for for nights and had only two towels to use after the hot tub or shower. We asked for fresh towels in reception but never got any. We also reported the door the television and the hot tub issues.and were told they would let the owner know..wedont ever complain and these are only attention to detail problems. The views and local walks are stunning

My pod was comfortable, but unfortunately the weather was not kind so I checked out 3 days early as the wind and rain was too much. Nothing to do with the complex but I couldn't keep the dogs dry when coming back into the pod. I would like to return but in the summer.

We both absolutely loved our stay. Although some minor signs of wear and tear it did not detract from the cabins charm and beauty and we had an extremely comfortable stay. The cabin was immaculate and excellent use of space making th area feel cosyand romatic. We loved the hot tub once we figured out how to use it and get it warm. Fresh and clean and one of the staff came and discreetly checked it most days. There was only a 2 ring induction hob and microwave to cook with, but I was aware of this prior to booking, so took an air fryer with us to help cook meals. We loved that there was a wide range of pamphlets in one of the draws, of places to visit in the area and upon our arrival, there was a pint of milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate thoughtfully provided, which was very welcome after a long drive. The Local village and major supermarket were only a short drive away, as well as some local sights to see. Overall we felt the cabin was well situated to be a beautiful romantic escape, with lots of things to do and we have both said we would love to visit again.
