North Wales' favourite inland resort, Betws-y-Coed, is very close by, offering a number of quaint amenities, waterfalls and even Zip World Fforest and Bounce Below on the outskirts of the village. This National Park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with superb opportunities for walking, climbing, and cycling to name a few, with amazing family-friendly attractions including the Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Gwydyr Forest Park and the Penmachno Mountain Bike Trails. Visit the Ffestiniog Mountain Railway for a unique experience along 13 miles of picturesque views, over to the exciting harbour town of Porthmadog, or the exceptional Italianate village of Portmeirion.
