Once you’ve parked up, take a short stroll to your cottage where you will be greeted by pretty plants before stepping inside to uncover even more delights. Inside you will find an open-plan living space with a woodburning stove taking centre stage; here you can gather with your loved ones to enjoy a home-cooked meal, or simply recline into your evening in one of the two plush sofas with a family-favourite film on the television. Boasting a contemporary interior and a good range of appliances to accompany, this cottage is the perfect base for a relaxing retreat in Wales. On the first floor you can find the two sleeping spots, set up to provide for a small family with a king-size room and a twin; both offering bright and airy accommodation, they provide the perfect places to catch up on your rest in between adventures. Choose how best to prepare for your day in the ground-floor bathroom, with either a refreshing shower or an indulging soak, there’s no better spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Enjoy a day of rambling amongst the National Park; the local area of Penmachno makes a great base to start your exploration, with an enchanting park with a river running through it, be sure to pack up a picnic and sit beneath the sun for a day of family fun. Within close reach you can find the bustling village of Betws-y-Coed, providing even more amenities alongside a golf club, the Conwy Valley Railway Museum and its very own Zip World, this village is sure to offer endless excitement. Close enough to explore the natural wonders of Snowdonia, or travel further afield to the coast of Colwyn Bay for a day out full of sand and sun. Penmachno is a charming village sitting within the Machno Valley, in the Snowdonia National Park. Within the village you can find a shop and a pub, perfect for any last-minute amenities, as well as the local area being encompassed by woodlands, mountains and enchanting nature, making it a marvellous base for an outdoor adventure. In close reach you will find the popular village of Betws-y-Coed, offering even more amenities and attractions including Swallow Falls.
