Warm and cosy, comfy beds; a great base for our group of 4 to hang out in between some fantastic walks. Our second visit and we hope to return again!

The garden needed weeding. Cleaning inside not good, the windows very dirty. Bathroom and kitchen not too bad but it would have been helpful to have some cleaning liquid. Plenty of space but not up to the usual standard that we have had from Sykes.

Everything great. Did a bit of gardening on terrace as it was overgrown. Interesting watching trains go by. We thought that was fab. Very convenient for Betws-y-coed amenities. We are restricted with walking so that was a lovely feature. Thank you
