On an elevated position with breath-taking views across the Conwy River Valley, the cottage offers an idyllic base for exploring a fantastic part of Wales, with a variety of landscapes and activities on offer. The panoramic views immediately welcome you upon parking in the off-road parking space, whilst the white, stone cottage sits picture-perfect behind you. Step inside to find a warm and welcoming sitting room, with original wooden beams, stone fireplace, window seats and two sofas, perfect for a relaxing afternoon next to the multi-fuel stove. For a convenient self-catering holiday, Tyn Llidiart has a contemporary kitchen/diner and excellent amenities to prepare everything from hot meals to picnics. There is plenty of cupboard space and a fridge/freezer to stock up on the essentials, as well as a washing machine to throw in muddy clothes and a dishwasher for a quick and easy cleanup. Next door to the kitchen lies a hallway for boots, leading you to a handy cloakroom with a basin and WC. The cottage has a quaint split-level staircase guiding you upstairs; head left to the king-size with built-in storage, vanity table and a bookshelf on the landing full of books to choose from, as well as wonderful views across the valley. To the right, you will find a double bedroom with built-in storage and a shower room featuring a spacious walk-in shower to refresh after a long day exploring. With such spectacular views, why not dine alfresco on the terrace with outdoor seating? Look out onto the valley during a home-cooked evening meal, or take your morning coffee to watch the sunrise. Take the steps down to the pretty lawn area for games or an afternoon picnic. If you can tear yourself away from Tyn Llidiart, Tal-y-Bont is a short journey away, offering a shop for the essentials, a village tavern for dinner out, and a recreational park. The cottage puts you in an excellent location for plenty of paths for walking or cycling, whether that's in the woodlands of the Coed Dolgarrog Nature Reserve, hiking up Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, or driving up to the coast for dramatic scenery and historic sites. Conwy is a fascinating, walled market town and world heritage site, home to a grand 13th-century castle, the Smallest House in Britain overlooking a lovely harbour, as well as a variety of shops and eateries. Stop off at the National Trust Bodnant Garden on your way for a historic, Grade I listed horticultural gem with an impressive botanical collection to explore. Take a short journey south to Betws-y-Coed, a charming village nestled in the mountains with plenty of attractions, such as the pretty Fairy Glen, Galeri Betws-y-Coed, or head to Gwydir Forest Park to see the Swallow Falls. Perfectly located for seeing the best sights of North Wales, Tyn Llidiart will make a wonderful home-from-home for your holiday.

An ideal location, walkers can enjoy plenty of trails and paths leading up to the mountains, with Snowdonia National Park on its doorstep and Coed Dolgarrog Nature Reserve.
