Dinas is a 4 bedroom semi-detached farmhouse located in the Snowdonia National Park. The house has wonderful views across the countryside and is a great location for exploring the local area.

The house has a ground and first floor. On the ground floor is the lounge-diner with log burner, 2 leather sofas, flat screen TV, and dining table with seating for 5. An additional lounge provides a sofa and 2 armchairs. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer as well as crockery, cutlery, kitchen ware, and a table with seating for 4. A separate utility room has a washing machine and sink.

On the first floor are the bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 is a twin and bedroom 3 has a small single bed (2' 6" wide). The bathroom has a bath with shower over it, WC and wash basin. 

Dinas has heating, WiFi internet connection, enclosed garden with garden furniture, bed linen is provided (please bring your own towels) and logs can be bought for the log burner.  This is a no smoking property and does not accept pets.

This is a peaceful location with views of the local mountain ranges of Snowdonia. The seaside town of Porthmadog is a short drive away as is the Italianate village of Portmeirion. In the other direction is the town of Bleanau Ffestiniog with a number of attractions including Zip World, Antur Stiniog down hill cycling track and Bounce Below.
