- Train station 170 yards. Trains are every two hours and cross each other hourly. Trains must be flagged down to stop.

- Property not suitable for toddlers due to the proximity of the river which can be fast flowing at times

- Up to 3 miniature dogs or 2 medium dogs or one large dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
