The cottage's charm, spaciousness, and amenities like the hot tub and games room are recurrent highlights. While some guests noted areas for improvement, the overall sentiment is one of satisfaction and a desire to return.

Most guests found the property to be comfortable and well-equipped, though a few mentioned it could benefit from a deeper clean and tidier cupboards. The positive remarks suggest good general cleanliness, but the minor criticisms slightly affect the score.

The location is consistently lauded for its beautiful scenery and tranquility, with many guests appreciating the peaceful setting and proximity to walking areas. The positive feedback indicates a high level of satisfaction with the location.

The comfort of the cottage is generally praised, especially the communal areas and the ample space provided. However, some guests mentioned that certain beds were uncomfortable and that some rooms could be improved, which slightly lowers the score.

Facilities like the hot tub, games room, and kitchen are well-received, but there are several mentions of the need for updates and maintenance. The hot tub's popularity boosts the score, but the maintenance issues cannot be overlooked.

Lovely time had would totally recommend this property and owners

Could do with a good make over. Had a clean everything before use in cupboards as was covered in previous occupants food. Although fridge's appeared to work they they had a strange smell about them. Place definitely left cleaner when we left. Large bedroom off the kitchen was not suitable for anyone over 5ft 5inches due to low door frame. Other large bedroom was difficult to sleep in due to no blind up at sky light window which shone down onto bed early morning. Games room could have had more games to keep children happy. Distance from anywhere that was of interest was generally an hour and a half away. Hot tub lovely. Owners lovely to speak to.

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for all of us. We were a party of 6 adults, 5 teenagers and two dogs. Location is perfect for exploring the area. Short drive to Dolgellau and plenty of walks from the house.
