  Main bedroom There was extensive mildewing in the en-suite wet room, the mat in the shower was disgusting on the underside and a strong smell of damp overall in that room. The bed in the main bedroom was broken and the metal bar holding it together just lying on the floor. The mattress protector in that room was very badly stained. Lounge There were stains on the blue sofa in the lounge. The windows were filthy as was the interior of the front door. Shower-rooms There was no bath in the property as was stated on the description. One of our guests had a stained towel. All the bathrooms had limescale on the taps giving the impression that they were unhygienic. None of the showers had mats to step out on to - every bathroom just had a hand towel. Kitchen The oven was very dirty, and we chose not to use it for that reason, it had dirty oven racks and trays. There were no tea towels in the kitchen, and we had been left only one dishwasher tablet for the 3 day stay. As a minimum we would have expected salt and pepper but there were just some left over sachets of pepper from a previous guest. A pint of milk for arrival would have been a nice touch. Generally Unfortunately, the property was very dirty. All the floors had not been swept or vacuumed and they certainly hadn't been washed in some time and the property needed dusting.

  Cottage situated centrally and close to harbour.Bedroooms very comfortable, lovely bathrooms with excellent showers.Cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen. The downside of this property is that we found the stairs extremely steep and dangerous for not only the elderly but the whole family and found it very difficult to get our cases up and down.There is parking for 1 car as stated but if 2 cars are used it is quite difficult to find free parking in the local streets and had to use a car park for our stay.

  The property is in a good location and we were able to park outside the house with no problems.

  The bedrooms and the living room are comfortable and modern. Unfortunately both bathrooms and especially the kitchen need a complete over haul the kitchen wasn't clean and was very shabby. The downstairs bathroom wasn't as bad as the upstairs bathroom. The whole property needs a full deep clean. We stayed for 2 weeks.

  This was the perfect spot for or bank holiday weekend in Ramsgate.

  We stayed in the house with friends and had no complaints, very comfy beds, a lovely living room & kitchen with everything we needed for the long weekend. We had two wonderful days on the beach which is a short walk away & would definitely consider this house for and future trips to Ramsgate. Thank you!

  Lovely cottage in a great location. Did have very steep stairs, otherwise a great property with everything you need. Walking distance to the sea, shops and restaurants.
