The apartment is in a good location. It was clean, well equipped and very quiet. The bed was wonderfully comfortable though the sole sofa we found to be almost unusable and there was no other comfortable seating. The place needs a complete updating and refurbishment. The decor and flooring feel dated. The outside space is one small table and 2 chairs, both of which were dirty. They are supposed to be shared with the other flat but this would be impossible.

We booked this accommodation as we were attending a wedding at the country club that our son was not invited to. This was perfect location next door meaning our son could be on site with his grandparents while we were at wedding but still close by to check on him. Perfect location in a stunning place. Easy access to beach was great with our son. And lovely walks from the doorstep. The car was only used once during our week stay.

The reason for the low score on cleanliness, comfort and quality relates to the cleanliness of the windows, skirting and door frames, in particular, the mould around windows. Furthermore, the heating was not very effective. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and will more than likely return to Southwold.
