  The fact that we booked up to stay here again next year as soon as we got home tells you all you need to know. The location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the area, the property is compact, but warm and comfortable and designed for maximum use of the space available. The views from the living area and bedroom are just wonderful and the location – down a tiny, no-through country lane – made it a quiet and peaceful stay, and gave us a perfect short walk for the dog in the evening. We had a few problems sorting out the TV, and clearer instructions would be helpful for oldies like us. You also need to be modestly agile to get out of the window side of the bed in the night. But those two inconsequential inconveniences aside, it was just perfect. The milk, biscuits and wine were a nice touch, and it was well equipped. And great value for money too! Highly recommended.

  We had the most amazing stay at the Cadeleigh.

  The lodge itself was spotless and was even better than the photos with beautiful views of the hills/countryside. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need, which enabled us to have a very relaxing stay. The hot tub was amazing and we were able to get it piping hot which was lovely in the evenings when it’s a bit cooler outside. Its a Japanese hot tub so doesn’t have any jets etc, however this was definitely a positive and we soon realised you definitely wouldn’t want anything/noise from jets to take away from the peaceful surroundings. Penny was the most amazing host and we loved the sweets & bottle of Prosecco on arrival. She also went out of her way on multiple occasions to drop us some additional supplies & toiletries. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

  relaxed and happy <br />The use of space in Little Seawatch is excellent. My daughter a teenager, and I both loved the colourful happy style of the accommodation. The beautiful view of the sea, the quiet location and birdlife was a massive bonus: one which will make us want to return. Our dog Tilly felt looked after too- with food bowl, and long lease. Down side 1, We could not find our way to the brochure mentioned blue flag beach, we tried on four walks. Unfortunately met a very unfriendly home owner along the lane who snootily told us there was no path down to beach, although there is a footpath sign. Maybe a map would help future holiday makers. 2,Why is there a twenty pound booking fee when booking online?

  Wonderful!! <br />My wife and I thought the property was a fantastic base from which to explore start bay and the surrounding area, which we loved. A compact but yet a lovely and fresh interior,which really added to our holiday.Our little maltese dog Pixie loved the walk down the lane every morning, and the little touch like the dog lead hanging in the entrance meant we could tether her to the wooden steps at the back of the property so she could wander in and out as she pleased. All in all we loved our time there and would certainly stay in Little Seawatch again as we will definitely be back to South Hams again. Bonus points were the Brill Plaice chip shop and the Green Dragon pub. Both served fantastic food!!

  A quiet, cosy and well-appointed retreat. <br />Little Seawatch is small and cosy with broad views over the sea from the lounge/kitchen/diner and bedroom. It also feels very private, being tucked to the side with the terrain dropping away and some well placed planting outside! We were impressed by the quality of the furnishings, fixtures and fittings and the range of decent kitchen equipment. Although small, the space is skilfully organised with some nice 'seaside' touches. We took Buddy, our small and well-behaved 'cockapoo' who, along with us, enjoyed some beautiful beach, coastal and countryside walks. It was nice not to have to compromise on quality in order to have him with us.
