  Accommodation was warm however that is about all I can say about it.

  Owner says it sleeps 2/4 people so we assumed we could have the bed and kids could sleep on the sofa bed, that didn't happen! My partner and both children slept in the bed and I tried to sleep on the cobbled street they said was a sofa bed. We ended up leaving a day early because 3 nights with no sleep was about enough for me. I did bring it up with the owner and was told no-one had complained before which isn't true. When we returned home I checked the reviews and someone else had mentioned it before which, in fairness had seen but the review had been commented on by the owner saying all issues had been resolved NOT TRUE. Access to the the garden was through a door with a padlock on and unless I asked we wouldn't have been told by the owner, it felt like they don't actually want you to use it but put it on their advert to make it sound like your getting more than you do. After not sleeping on the last night I took our dog for a walk at 5am and when I returned the door was locked and I couldn't access the Accommodation because you share the entrance with the owner which isn't pointed out on booking. After all is said the area is beautiful and well worth a visit, just find some other accommodation. Wouldn't stay again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

  Property in excellent location , there is no parking at the property you can unload your car and then move it to the car park which is a couple of minutes walk away and a permit is given for the length of your stay , we didn’t find it a problem. Beer is a lovey quaint place with plenty of places to eat and drink , it’s has a lovely deli and bakery a small store , a couple of dress shops and lovely gift shops .The beach is pebbles with beach huts you could rent for around £20 a day or £85 a week or just hire deck chairs for £2 . Also a fish shed at the beach selling the catch of the day you couldn’t get fish any fresher it was lovely . Beer is definitely a lovey place and would definitely recommend a visit . Seabreeze cottage is a lovely place to stay our only issue was working the tv we got there in the end but never did manage to get rid of the subtitles !!

  Our stay was great, with fantastic space for bringing your dog it was perfect! And lovely to feel at ease with not much furniture for them to mess up! The garden was a great side and a lovely warm hottub! The equipment in the kitchen was amazing great pans & crockery which was of good quality and a fab little welcome of milk eggs and bacon sausage to start off a breakfast! The furnishings were done to a high standard with an insane shower! We loved our stay it was a quiet relaxing getaway snuggled into the countryside with all amenities / pubs to eat 10 minutes away - My partner spoke with the hosts and found their recommendation a great help and we enjoyed a few lovely meals from the recommendations!

  The "cottage" was not as it was advertised, it was Listed as a one bed cottage, not a flat inside someone's home, if we had known this we would not have rented it.

  Living effectively with someone if not the experience we wanted due to the awkward feeling of always knowing they where there. The garden was very pretty, but you had to go through a shed full of rubbish to get there and you are made aware on arrival that the owners dog does not like other dogs so are always on edge that it may be there. The games room was non existent, the room had a lot of the owners rubbish from the owners and generally was not a pleasent place to be. The owners are nice people and personally I put the majority of the problems down to you (the advertiser) but even so I think some serious changes need to be made to be taking that sort of money from people.   Lovely little ground floor apartment in the centre of Dartmouth.

  Furnished to a very high standard. Everything is within walking distance such as shops, restaurants and pubs. When we arrived the owners had left us some scones, jam and clotted cream which was a lovely touch. It was very well equipped with a unique cupboard which when opened revealed a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linen. The bathroom was a good size with a nice walk in shower. Good quality towels. There’s a cosy snug to relax and watch tv in at night. Overall the apartment is compact but It is perfect for two people and I would certainly recommend it to our friends and family.
