What our customers say about their holidays
Debra - Verified booking
The lodge was amazing, so comfortable and clean, bright and spacious .
everything you needed was supplied including comfortable furniture out on the decking to relax on. instruction booklets were supplied for everything in the lodge except the combined washer/dryer (having never used one before I wasn't able to use the machine provided-but as I was on holiday I decided the washing could wait anyway lol)) the lodge is situated just metres away from main reception, and a very short walk to the local shops and takeaways. Also just a few minutes walk to the arcade and swimming pool and the main Club house where we enjoyed the entertainment provided and even had a game of bingo. The beach is wonderful and just over a 5 minute walk from the lodge, and if you've got a car then take a trip into Tenby itself for a great day out, it's beautiful. I'd definataly stay here again and have recommended it already to others. The owner-Elaine sent me a welcome message on our journey to the lodge explaining everything and it gave us assurance too that she was available if we had any concerns or problems during out stay, but we didn't as the holiday and the lodge was perfect.

Absolutely fantastic lodge.
Spotlessly clean, well maintained and was equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more. So many personal touches such as the selection of DVDs, numerous games such as connect 4, playing cards, tennis racquets, cricket set, things in the kitchen which covered every scenario. Picnic? Check. BBQ? Check. Tea coffee and condiments with a more than ample amount of crockery? Check. Modern oven and temperature controls for every room. Very fast Wi-Fi. If I had to be extremely picky and criticise one thing the doors are virtually impossible to close quietly after getting young children to sleep. The location is superb. Just a couple of miles away from all of Pembrokeshireâs main attractions. The estate is served by an ample car park which even has an old phone box that has been converted into a library, tennis court, small childrenâs play area and fields of fun for dogs and people alike. The village of Kilgetty is a few miles away with a supermarket (Co-op) Indian, Chinese, Pizza/Kebab shop etc that will all deliver to the lodge. 10 out of 10.

A lovely lodge but it was badly let down by the House Keeping.
We booked a 3 bed lodge so we could choose where to sleep, only the main bed was made up, the other singles were left unmade and nothing like the photos shown on line, it also looked like it had not been cleaned as it had hair and dust everywhere, we had to hoover ourselves. The on-suite shower was constantly running hot so you risked burning yourself also the rubber strip from the shower door was broken and just left propped up in the shower. The Lodge unfortunately borders a main road, which is used as a race track, there is another road along the other side of it and a foot path for the park running along the front of the lodge, so whenever people came back from the pub/show bar late at night it could be quite noisy, not ideal as this set the dog off barking. The decking was a lovely sun trap and furniture nice to sit out on but on the whole we were disappointed as this is not Sykes usual standard.

Just home from a 2 week stay at Trelessy lodge .
Comfy cosy lodge to come back to each evening. A little too cosy for 5 adults ! But ideal for a family with kids . Plenty of crockery and utensils for cooking and hot water immediately for washing. Didnât need any heating as the weather was brilliant for us . The maiden was a god send for drying our beach stuff out ready for the next adventure . Tv and dvd great for lazy evenings The dog field was ideal for our fur baby each morning to run around before our days out. The estate was well kept and the staff really friendly. Tennis court was good although busy each evening. Location is superb for visiting the Pembrokeshire coast with beaches galore and great places to eat out. Local coop for supplies in kilgetty and some great places for takeaway . Mad toms in narberth for seafood is a must if you like your prawns and lobster.

Not a great start when a few weeks before my stay I noticed the listing had been altered, Sykes advised to contact the owner direct with my question which was completely ignored.
Beach is listed as 0.1 mile - itâs half a kilometre and when you have all the gear needed for a family of 5 to enjoy the day still needed to take the car. 4 out of the 7 days the main part of the beach was closed by the MOD - this possibility is not mentioned so any idea of walking the length was impossible during most days. Finger marks on the telly along with a layer of dust on top and not sure any of the skirtings had ever been cleaned. Beautifully designed bedrooms having bedding that doesnât match the curtains? But finally the towels are tiny - not expecting Egyptian cotton bath sheets but a towel that at least fits around me - and Iâm not a large person. TV worked but not the Wi-Fi
