  Stayed at The Buttery, Warkworth with another couple. Fantastic accommodation, very clean, well equipped and more than we expected. One of the best welcome packs we have received. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen was great for us to enjoy together with no-one in a kitchen cooking on their own! The ‘Secret Garden’ was a lovely suntrap with it’s cosy garden ‘shed’ a great place to enjoy a tipple or two! Great location in centre of the village, close to the pubs, shops, cafe’s and river. First time we have used Coquet Cottages and not disappointed. They were a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated either by phone calls or emails on our holiday. Will certainly use again and recommend.

  The Buttery is a beautiful first floor apartment in the Centre of the picturesque village of Warkworth. It has an open plan living/ dining room through to kitchen, two beautifully bedrooms one with en suite and a separate second bathroom. The apartment is decorated beautifully and has a lovely cosy feeling to it. There was a lovely welcome pack and fresh flowers waiting for us and there was also a welcome pack for our little dog. It is definitely worth a stay here, we will be returning.

  Wonderfully appointed apartment, well equipped and in a superb location. We were specifically looking for cottages in Warkworth, this one was dog friendly ideally located and the photographs looked superb. The welcome basket was thoughtfully compiled, all items were well received. The Buttery is thoughtfully furnished and decorated, we liked the boot room, ideal for all the gear used for walking and outdoor pursuits! I would definitely recommend this property, great location.

  I booked a weekend away for my husband, sister in law, partner and two babies. We stayed in Warkworth at The Buttery and it was fantastic. The accommodation was spotless, luxurious and very comfortable. The welcome hamper containing fresh bread, wine, sweets, scones and a few other bits was a lovely touch. The Buttery was a beautiful first floor apartment and we had a lovely few days.

  Lovely weekend again in Warkworth (our fave place to bring the dog and enjoy great walks). We enjoyed sunshine throughout so even better! Loved the apartment. Ideally situated in the village and nice and quiet despite being above Bridge Street. Coquet Cottages never disappoint with style, cleanliness and great welcome hamper! We’ll be back very soon!
