  The apartment at Skipjack was an amazing place to stay. It had everything you needed from washing machines, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc, enough things to be able to cook proper meals including even having tin foil and sauce. There was washing up liquid, loo roll, kitchen roll, sponge and towels. All you needed was a tea towel. There was not a shower, but a lovely corner bath, we made use of having the pool to ourselves every night and used the showers there, got into our pjs upstairs, poured a drink and listened to the radio/hi-fi after our busy day enjoying the Norfolk coast and surrounding areas. The garden was pretty and we enjoyed the bubbles of the hot tub, there was also a BBQ, table and chairs to chill by the pond. The little things like the milk, tea, coffee and biscuits left for our arrival was really appreciated and the picnic backpack you could use was a great idea, the clothes dryer you could put in the garden to dry your swim things or there was even a washer/dryer. We had no problems with the internet or anything with the apartment. An excellent base to see the Norfolk coast, go on a boat to see the seals at Blakeney point, visit Cromer, afternoon tea at Horsey in Poppylands and a walk along the beach (more seals) and a visit to the windpump. So much to see and visit we will need to come back

  A delightful, warm and cosy lodge. Very clean with a very well equipped kitchen. The location on Kelling Heath Park was perfect, just about 200 meters from all facilities, including the leisure pool and pub, which served excellent food and drink, albeit a little expensive, No wifi in the lodge, which was a little disappointing, but it is available in the Pub area. A good selection of games, and videos for the DVD player. Right from your doorstep is a wonderful array of woodland walks and nature trails of various lengths. The paths are wide and largely flat and suitable for pushchairs, wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The overall location is close to the sea side towns Cromer and Sheringham. Sheringham Park is worth a visit. We had a lovely few days at Bacton and Happisburgh Beach and did a couple of bracing coastal walks. Overall a wonderful, relaxing stay for couples or family.

  I absolutely couldn't recommend this property more! Myself and my husband where honestly so impressed with our stay. There is everything you could possibly need provided at this property even dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets for the clothes washer. The lovely little tray including tea, coffee, hot chocolate and even biscuits made us feel really spoilt. The area is simply beautiful and the nearby seaside towns and villages are lovely for a little trip out with lovely local pubs sit some delicious food. The owners are right on hand with contact details provided if you need anything at all and are lovely and polite. What can I say about the pool. It is such a treat to be able to exclusively use it every morning and evening and the hot tub in the garden is a lovely treat as-well. You will not be disappointed if you come to stay here. We already have made plans to come back.

  We cannot recommend Skipjack highly enough. Having the use of your own pool twice a day and a private garden with a hot tub are massive selling points. The property is excellently equipped and there is more storage space than a whole family would need. We swam every day and it was an excellent way to start a morning. Despite the wonderful weather, it was always cool indoors. The venue is ideally situated to explore the wonderful Norfolk countryside and coast. We went to Cromer, Great Yarmouth, Sheringham and Wells-Next-the-Sea which were all excellent. The nearby town of Aylsham has everything you'd need and there are many very good eateries within a short distance. One of the best holidays we've ever had. Who needs abroad!

  Skipjack is an excellent place to stay, we had a very relaxing, enjoyable holiday there. The pool was an absolute treat ( I used to look for hot tubs when looking for accommodation but will be looking for a pool now :) , we swam morning and night of most the days we stayed there. The accommodation is of a really good standard and small touches like the thought fullness of the owners providing lots of items for the beginning of the stay( milk, tea, coffee, drinking chocolate, salt, pepper, biscuits and washing up liquid and more) was really appreciated.
