  The reason for the low Equipment and Comfort/Quality is that our overall feeling is that although the property has a great location, it suffers from a general feeling of being tired, e.g. the two sofas have definitely seen better days, with tears or scratches on the 3 seater and feeling the metal frame when you sit down. We had distrubed nights sleep due to the motion sensitive lights recently installed in the bedroom passage. In my opionion, too many lights, too bright and too sensitive(they even seem to be activated by motion on the stairs). The front bedroom didnt have any way to keep the sash window open to get fresh air into it. My feeling is that the oven temperature control is broken. I cooked an indian ready meal at the lower of the recommended temperatures which should have taken 25 minutes. I checked it after 13 minutes and discovered that the plastic trays containing the meal were melting! A great location, but not the quality we would have expected given the price.

  Nothing against Original Cottages, description and communications were great. Unfortunately the property was not up to our expectations. Property wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. Had to hoover and do the dust ourselves . Bedsheets were not freshly laundered ( probably has been changed weeks ahead). Plus the choice of very poor quality bedsheets. Not matching and nearly grey of colour. . Smelled of dust and humidity. Mattress was the wrong side up, so we had absolutely terrible first night sleep. Kitchen equipment was ok, but sofas and a cushions in a sitting room are very tied. Bug and dead spiders inside the picture frames. Very disappointing, as we didn’t have a relaxing stay as we wished for. Will not be back to the same property.

  Apartment cyfforddus iawn gyda golygfeydd bendigedig o Draeth y Gogledd, yr harbwr a'r môr. A'r cyfan wedi'i fframio gan ffenest fawr drawiadol. Dyna rinwedd mwya'r lle a'r ffenest ei hun. Yn wir, mae'n anodd meddwl am le â golygfa well o eistedd ar y soffa! Lle y galla i ei argymell yn fawr ac yn rhwydd i bobl eraill. Wy eisoes wedi neud sawl gwaith. / Very comfortable apartment with wonderful views of the North beach, the harbour and the sea. And all of it framed by an attractive large window. This is the biggest virtue, and the window itself. It's hard to think of somewhere that has a better view from a sofa! A place I can highly recommend to others. I already have quite a few times.

  Thank you for a lovely holiday at Drysgol.

  It really is the most peaceful and beautiful location and the apartment is spotlessly clean and everything is of a excellent quality and very comfortable. For any guest like us who like to cook their own meals they should be aware that there is no Hob so you need to plan meals that can be prepared using the Oven/Grill/Microwave cooker provided. The one thing I will mention is the access stairs are fairly steep and has no windows so in my opinion the lighting does need to be significantly improved but this did not detract from us having a fabulous holiday with perfect weather.

  The property is set in beautiful surroundings and is an ideal retreat from the rest of life, and for walking and bird-watching. This is a lovely property set in magical surroundings - it is exactly as advertised, don't expect luxury, but the basicness of the property goes with the 'get away from it all feeling' you get the second you arrive. So liberating to have no internet or TV and minimal phone signal. The perfect place to walk from, to read in, to write in, to practice yoga in, to think. My dog and I will definitely return.
