  Huw the owner is a very nice guy and accommodating.

  On the whole the flat is in a great place for walks on the beaches with the dog (pre accessibility limits) and the views are fantastic. I don’t want to be picky, however, there are a few issues with the flat, 1/ living room door, the bottom hinge is not fixed to the frame and can’t be closed. 2/ the carpet in the living room needs to be fixed down. 3/ the living room windows need to be looked at so they can be opened without difficulty. 4/ the bedrooms have an issue with noise from outside, now it’s not the fault of the owner (they have no influence on it) but if secondary glassing was fitted it would reduce the noise. 5/ there is no control over the central heating and you can’t turn it off. 6/ the dining chairs need to be cleaned (stained). 7/ the shower head is too big and this affects the pressure (bit like being in a light rain). These issues can be fixed simply.

  We loved the flat and the view was really amazing.

  There were a couple of points which were not so great, mainly that the secondary glazing was not effective so there was constant cold air coming through the bay window. This made the flat quite cold, specially as the heating went off for a large part of the day. I think this is not really acceptable in November for a holiday let. The flat was also quite noisy as there was a party upstairs who came home quite late and made quite a lot of noise on the Friday night. This was not a major issue, but may also relate to slightly inadequate sealing of windows, etc. The location and setting of the flat are really exceptional and did make up for these slight inconveniences.

  We loved this apt , the location was stunning but we found it rather draughty from the secondary glazed windows so when the heating went off it got very cold especially at night .

  The view was amazing but because of the windows and secondary glazing it’s not a clear view . We also felt it was rather noisy from the cafe below and one evening there was a very heated argument there which made us nervous as it was all joined together by a series of doors. The apt was lovely and comfortable but Definately needs a woman’s touch esp the drawers and things in the kitchen , I think it was cleaner when I left than when I arrived . Loved the location and size and lovely comfortable sofas but not the decor , all far too dark and gloomy Fira seaside apt , lighten it up!

  Lovely holiday.

  This apartment has everything you need, modern, clean and well equipped. A small food parcel left for us when we arrived, was a nice touch. Very quiet area, some resident rabbits and squirrels to watch in the evening or early morning. There were a lot of empty apartments around it being renovated at the time. This did not spoil our holiday as they didn't make very much noise. It was really lovely being so close to Saundersfoot beach and shops/ pubs. I think maybe in the summer season it could become busier there as there are quite a few apartments, more than I expected.

  A beautiful, clean and welcoming apartment.

  Everything you need if you want to do your own catering and a modern and light shower room. The welcome basket on arrival was a lovely start to our holiday and the dog loved it too. The patio area was a bonus a calm and relaxing place to watch the squirrels and rabbits whilst eating and enjoying a glass of wine. Special touches in the apartment such as umbrellas, toiletries, welcome basket and Wi-fi and the fact that it is just a short walk to the beach has meant we’ve booked again already! Thank you owners , you have gone the extra mile.
