The bed I chose was very comfy and I mostly slept well. I hadnât realised that the road was so close, nor that it was going to be so busy especially all through the night. However there is not much to be done about that! The property could do with a little TLC, but the owner was not expecting to be ill either! I hope theyâre soon well again and the property thrives. I would definitely come back for another visit.

The barn was cosy and comfortable, the owners down to earth and friendly, on Sunday there was a huge car boot sale within walking distance and beyond that a nice garden center with a good cafe.

We really appreciated the milk and delicious cake (and doggy treats!) on arrival. As dog owners we particularly liked the field next door where we could safely exercise the dogs. Great base for exploring the beautiful local scenery.
